AUTOMATIC MACHINE PACKING
Our automatic packing machines can fill multihead weighing to fill and weigh product as per requirement and then can produce bags with 3 to 4 sided seals, pillow bags and Quad Packs with an option of Euro slot and gas flush if required. Our machine can print best before date and ingredients if needed.
All automatic machines have inline check weigher and metal detection.
Our automatic rotary machine can pack Stand Up Pouch of any size.
HAND PACKING
We can pack Stand up Pouch, Tubes, Jars and Tubs with semi-automatic machine and also can pack manually as per customer requirements.
We can also pack bags / pouches into clip strips.
POWDER PACKING
One of our most popular form of contract packing. We are an Organic Food Certified packer. We have automatic machine to pack and fill powders.
BLENDING
Another popular services is Blending, we have in-house blending facility whereby product can be blended and packed under one roof.
DICING
Another popular service is Dicing. We have invested in automatic Dicing machine which can dice product in any size. Again most of our customer get Dicing and packing requirement at the same time under one roof.
SHRINK WRAPPING
Another form of contract packing is Shrink Wrapping services. We have a machine which can shrink wrap product securely as pre customers requirement.
GIFT PACKING
Gift Packing are sort of packing which need to be packed with nice presentation and very carefully. We specialise in Gift Packing and can pack as per customers requirement with a good quality.
LABELLING
We can print labels such as barcodes or descriptive labels and apply them as per customers requirement either to be applied on outer case or to apply on printed stand up pouches or bags etc.
